Though I am not an Arizona native, I have lived here most of my life, and all my adult life. I met and married my wife in Arizona nearly 3 decades ago and raised four children on our small ranch in North Phoenix…along with horses, cows, chickens, goats, and dogs!
I am proud and honored to be a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. The values and ethics I learned during my time in the Marine Corps continue to guide me in my personal and professional life to this day.
I have been a licensed home inspector in Arizona for nearly 20 years and have extensive knowledge of Arizona building practices. I have completed over 10,000 home inspections ranging from some of the valley’s most luxurious homes to historic homes, horse properties and everything in between. I have inspected homes ranging from 600 square feet to over 25,000 square feet. I do pre-sale inspections for sellers, and pre-purchase inspections for buyers. I take pride in my work and approach every inspection methodically and professionally. I complete every inspection with integrity. I pay close attention to detail and enjoy connecting with my clients to explain the home inspection process, and findings, in a clear and concise manner to ensure they have the information they need to make informed decisions in their home buying or selling experience.
In my free time, I enjoy participating in, and watching a variety of sports, as well as camping, doing building projects at home, and spending time with my family and animals.
